• To remanufacture automotive transmissions to meet the specifications of our customers.
• To analyse the failure of returned automotive transmissions, determine the cause of failure, and report these findings to the original manufacturer for preventive and corrective action.
• To seek feedback from our customers concerning all aspects of our business, and to use this data to improve our products and services.

To demonstrate our continuing commitment to quality we have developed and continue to maintain a quality management system to QS-9000: 1998 (Based on and including ISO 9002:1994) and AS/NZS ISO9001: 2000.

By adhering to this quality management system, including our Quality Manual and referenced procedures, all employees will benefit from a:

• Stable system for carrying out work processes,
• Useful reference for training people and maintaining work standards,
• Means of sustaining changes generated by process improvement activities.

The quality management system is an essential and important part of our business activities, consequently all people within Fluidrive Automotive Technologies must commit themselves to adhere to this Quality Policy and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
