All obviously worn & mandatory replacement parts are immediately scrapped.

All initially passed components are washed & de-greased at high pressure.

Inspection and Re-assessment. Quality control , managers re-scrutinise every retained part and scrap those that won't make the grade.

Qualified Technicians check dimensions & tolerance.

Sediment tests are performed regularly to verify sediment levels meet or exceed standards demanded by the manufacturer.

Each and every valve body we remake is tested to ensure it meets manufacturers specifications.

Sub assemblies and components are built, tested and moved to final assembly line.

All units are leak checked on line to ensure proper assembly of sub components.

All bolts are individually torqued to ensure proper clamp load and monitored with statistical process control to ensure continued accuracy.

Each and every Transmission must pass extensive Dynamometer tests to be 'approved for use' by the original manufacturer as a Remanufactured Transmission.
